Our Minecraft Mission Statement 

Our goal is to create a troll-free and laid back  Minecraft server. We ourselves like to build community builds and help others out. We also enjoy building new and creative builds. We hope you will enjoy the server and please let us know on Discord, of ways we can improve it. 

Notes to parents:
We understand that the idea that your child wants to buy something on the internet a bit worrying so we will quickly explain it to you. Your child is playing on an online world, with many other players, each player starts with a default rank, which comes with many features already, but not all of them, when purchasing a package to our server we reward your child with a higher rank or other features, depending on the package. This includes more features than the default rank or enables them to be able to get extra things within the network, therefore making the game experience more enjoyable. Donations help with the upkeep of the server and as well was bringing new features for the players!

Please note:
All payments are processed and received via Buycraft. Please note that JungleRealms is operated by Pluto Studios and credit card statements may reflect as such. You will receive what you paid for when the payment comes through.

Our Refund Policy:
Since the items and ranks you receive when purchasing are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy.
Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you your rank, and/or give back the items you received no refunds will be granted. This accounts even if you were banned, or muted. Executing a chargeback/dispute will get your account banned from our server automatically.

Privacy: 
We require personal information to prevent fraud or abuse of our systems. Your details will never be given or sold to any company or organization outside of JungleRealms without prior notification, we strive to keep this information as safe as possible. You will not receive any spam emails or similar, we may contact you in case we notice issues with your payment.
